Raspberry, Autumn Bliss (autumn fruiting)

Autumn Bliss raspberries are the latest fruiting of them all. Cropping slowly in August, Autumn Bliss picks up the pace in September. In Indian summers, raspberries can still be picked in the first week of October…. Autumn Bliss is a short raspberry with spiny canes that need little support, it is generally not necessary to grow it on horizontal wires Raspberries are classified as early, mid-season, late and autumn fruiting (Like Autumn Bliss) depending on when the bulk of their crop is ready for picking. A little like roses, raspberries produce a first, large flush of fruit (about 50% of the total) in the first 2-4 weeks of fruiting followed by much slower production for the rest of their season. To have a continuous supply, therefore, it is necessary to have some of each type. Autumn Bliss is best planted with about 60cms between plants in all directions. All our raspberry plants are supplied as bare rooted canes.
