Fruit Trees: Maiden, Bush, Cordon and Half Standard

Apples, Cherries, Chestnuts, Damsons, Hazelnuts, Pears, Plums and Walnuts are all here. All of our topfruit is bare-rooted and so is preferable to (and cheaper than) their container grown equivalents as they tend to be bigger, healthier plants and so establish more rapidly. We use MM106 rootstocks for our apples and equivalent rootstocks for the other topfruit. These all produce a half standard fruit tree about 4-5 metres tall, a bush about 3 metres tall and are ideal for Cordons, Fans and Espaliers.

You can find further information on choosing the right trees in our guides on Fruit Tree Pollination while we cover Cordons, Fans etc in Fruit Tree Shapes and Pruning and there a few tips on getting your tree off to a good start in Planting Trees.

You will find our topfruit listed alphabetically below - all the Apples are together and Apple, Crispin comes before Apple, Jupiter. If you are interested in berries and currants then why not have a browse in our Soft Fruit section?
