Beech Hedging - Tallest
Green Beech Hedge Plants: Pack of 50 x 120/150cm (Fagus sylvatica)
Beech hedging plants in packs of 50. This is the most economical
way to buy our bare root beech. All these plants are grown in
light soil to encourage root development which assists rapid establishment
after planting. Because of their root development, our Beech hedging
needs trench planting at 3 per metre in a single row or 4-5 per
metre in a double row and ground preparation should be good. Please
be sure to water well in its first growing year as hedge plants
die if their roots dry out. These beech hedge plants are well
branched, three to four years old and stand 120/150cm plants when
planted.
Choose Hornbeam if your ground is not well drained. Please ask
if you are not sure.
